Network Outages/Circulation Down
Check your library's network status by using the Check Network Status button.
If your library has no Internet OR all of your library's circulation computers are down, call the BCCLS Office:
- Monday - Friday: 201-489-1904 (press option 4)
- After Hours: 201-489-1904 (choose option 4 for cell phone coverage)
- If no one answers either of the above refer to: Staff Contacts and Downtime Procedures.
Support Form Help
Report an overdue 4-month bill to the patron's home library
Bookmarks, Brochures, etc.
Request a batch of bookmarks, brochures, etc. be sent to your library
Questions about Polaris and circulation support (checking out, renewing, etc.)
Report a cataloging mistake (wrong author, title misspelled, missing ISBN, etc.)
Questions about streaming/downloadable content (missing holds, errors, etc.)
Report a problem or request to change, add, or remove a BCCLS email address
Order new equipment or report a problem with existing equipment (computers, networking, etc.)
Questions about adding or managing your library's items
Report a mislinked item to the item-owning library
Patron Barcode Change
Report a barcode change if a patron's home library has changed or if a patron downloads eBooks/eAudiobooks
Patron Email (Bad/Bounced)
Request a patron's email address to be reinstated after it has bounced and been removed from Polaris
Questions or requests on reports or Simply Reports
Report errors or ask questions about the web site or online catalog (PAC)
